How Often Should You Post on Instagram?
Depending on the size of your fan base, you should post on Instagram once or twice a day or at least every other day. Like with Facebook, you don’t want to alienate your followers. It’s best to post on Instagram during lunch hours or dinner time between 7pm and 9pm. It’s because Instagram is mainly a mobile platform, so timing your posts when people are most likely to be using their smartphones is a really good strategy.
